    When is our last frost in West Virginia and Ohio?

    WHEELING, W.Va. (WTRF) – The question that we want to know: Can we move our plants inside? The short answer is, yes but stay vigilant to the temperatures.

    As we enter a new month, that is on average when The Northern Panhandle of West Virginia typically experiences (May 1st – 10th).

    Through Eastern Ohio, we typically see our last 32° day towards the end of April.

    A word of caution, our latest 32° day within Eastern Ohio, The Northern Panhandle of West Virginia, and Southwestern Pennsylvania is the end of May.

    Last year, we had temperatures in the 30s through May 18th.
