Shelby County Organizing Recovery Group for Storm Cleanup

(Shelby Co) Shelby County Emergency Management Coordinator Alex Londo said individuals with Community Organizations Active in Disaster (COAD) are organizing a recovery group to aid in the cleanup from Friday’s severe weather events.

Londo said they are also working on organizing a donation location. Meanwhile, Londo said if you need assistance, contact 1-800-RED CROSS.

Londo noted that the Shelby County Landfill is back open; you must follow normal operating procedures for how things are separated at this time.
