    recently announced the following lease transactions in Henrico County: Viking Supply Net – renewed its lease of 48,300 SF of industrial space at 4551-4593 Carolina Avenue (Brian Felton represented the tenant); Cetera Financial Group, Inc. – renewed and expanded its lease of 5,085 SF of office space at East Shore III, 140 Eastshore Drive (Amy J. Broderick and Mark E. Douglas represented the landlord); Howard Shockey & Sons – expanded its lease by 1,254 SF into a total of 3,851 SF at Highland I, 7231 Forest Avenue (Amy J. Broderick and Kate Hosko represented the landlord and Brian K. Berkey and Karla Knight represented the tenant); Cosmo Nails – leased 1,960 SF of retail space at East Parham Place, 8800 Staples Mill Road (Connie Jordan Nielsen and Nicki Jassy represented the landlord); Guardians Agency, LLC – leased 1,947 SF of office space at Parham East, 2201-2221 East Parham Road (Amy J. Broderick and Kate Hosko represented the landlord).
