Athens County public meetings

Athens County Board of Commissioners will meet at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday in the conference room in the courthouse annex, second floor.A meeting of the Athens-Hocking Solid Waste District Policy Committee is scheduled for 6 p.m. May 1 at the Nelsonville Public Library. Issues to be discussed are the Solid Waste Management Plan, prioritizing programs and funding. The Public is welcome. The purpose of the meeting to is provide updates on projects throughout region.
