Which college football prospects going into the 2024 NFL Draft can play?

From the college football perspective, welcome to the 26th annual CFN Top 100 Players list going into the NFL Draft.

From recruiting to Senior Day - or underclassmen declaration day - we've covered all of these guys way too much. Our Top 100 Players list is based on a combination of 1) how good they were in college, 2) NFL tools, 3) value for the position depth, and 4) safety - how much risk is there with each prospect based on parts 1, 2 and 3.

This year, the first three rounds have 100 picks - it works out nicely here - with our call for how good each player is along with the teams that have the respective picks.

This isn't a mock draft, though. However, you can see just how close to the pin each relative position player is to each team.
