Driver crossed center line, struck plaintiff head-on

The plaintiff in this case was a 19-year-old male who suffered left leg fractures after his truck was hit head on by a vehicle that had crossed the center line.

The insurance company’s defense was that the plaintiff had recovered quickly after limited medical treatment. The plaintiff was eventually able to secure a settlement for the limits of insurance available.
