Wednesday opens with a good deal of cloudiness , but skies gradually clear from north to south by/during the afternoon. Breezy, much cooler with highs 10-15 degrees below normal. High: 50 inland, but only in the lower to middle 40s near Lake Michigan. Wednesday night: Clear and chilly with areas of frost away from Lake Michigan.
