TxDOT announces new road projects for the week

PERMIAN BASIN (KMID/KPEJ) – The Texas Department of Transportation has announced several road projects that will be happening throughout the Permian Basin over the next week.

Andrews County

  • On Tuesday, April 16, crews will be performing roadway repair operations on State Highway 115 between the intersections of SH 176 and SE 1001.

Crane County

  • From Tuesday, April 16 until Wednesday, April 17, crews will be fog sealing north and southbound lanes of FM 0011 between FM 1053 and FM 1601.
  • Crews will also be performing fog seal operations on FM 1233 between mile markers 248 and 250 during this time.

Midland County

  • From Monday, April 15 until Friday, April 19, crews will be repairing the shoulder of the southbound lanes of SH 349, beginning at the intersection of E County Road 180 and continuing south for two miles.
  • Shoulder repair will also be taking place one mile south of the intersection of CR 180 and continuing south for 2 miles south during this time.

Pecos County

  • On Tuesday, April 16, crews will be removing debris from east and westbound lanes of Interstate 10, beginning at mile marker 285 and continuing until the Pecos River.

Ward County

  • From Tuesday, April 16 until Thursday, April 19, crews will be removing debris from I-20, between mile markers 85 and 86.
