'Massively-Popular' Fast-Food Chain To Open First-Ever California Location

That's right...it's Bo Time!

California's fast-food scene is about to get a lot more Southern! According to KTLA , the Golden State is getting its first-ever Bojangles, but that's not all. 30 locations are slated to open across Los Angeles County over the next six years starting in 2025. L.A. based Bojangles franchisee Lorenzo Boucetta shared his excitement for the expansion, noting that the decision was a "no-brainer."

“From the moment I was first introduced to Bojangles, I knew immediately that this was a brand that I wanted to be a part of. The delicious chicken, biscuits, and breakfast, combined with strong unit economics and unparalleled support made the decision a no-brainer for me.”

There are currently 800 Bojangles locations scattered across 16 states with Arizona and California to be added to the growing list in the coming years. Just last month the popular restaurant chain announced that it would be opening 20 stores across Phoenix .

Bojangles CEO Jose Armario mentioned that he hopes the impending expansion will cultivate immeasurable growth for the chain's future.

“We are ecstatic to bring Bojangles to Los Angeles residents and look forward to opening our first location in California next year, while anticipating the exciting growth that will follow."

Californian's can look forward to a quick trip to pick up some delicious "cajun-seasoned fried chicken and buttermilk biscuits" at a location near them within the next year!
