Old National Bank CFO charged with child molestation

HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – A man associated with Old National Bank was arrested and accused of child molestation in Warrick County.

Brendon Falconer, 48, is charged with Child Molesting and Child Molesting Fondling or touching with a child under 14. An affidavit says the investigation began after the alleged victim said Falconer had sexual contact with her when she was seven-years-old.

Authorities with the Warrick County Sheriff’s Office say they also received a recording of Falconer saying he doesn’t remember the incident happening, but admitted that it was possible. Falconer initially agreed to speak with authorities earlier this month, but his attorney later reached out to the Warrick County Sheriff’s Office and said Falconer was advised not to speak with law enforcement about the case.

The Old National Bank website as well as Falconer’s LinkedIn page lists him as the Chief Financial Officer, or CFO.

Ivy Tech officials say he was a former member of the Board of Trustees at the Ivy Tech Evansville campus. His term expired and he’s been off the board for more than a year.

Deputies with the sheriff’s office say they have no comment on the matter currently because the case is still an active investigation.
