    Glass–Wine. Bar. Kitchen is located within the Ledges Hotel in the stunning Pocono region. The building itself sits adjacent to a cascading waterfall known as Paupack Falls.

    The outdoor patio and tall glass windows provide views of a scenic outdoor oasis that serves as a beautiful backdrop no matter what time of the year you visit. In the autumn, the waterfall is surrounded by plenty of foliage. Even in the winter months, the frozen waters look like a magical wonderland.

    The menu here is comprised of equally beautiful plates and craft cocktails. Many of these items are a unique fusion of different cuisines that are served tapas style. Popular favorites include the ramen bites, pierogis, chorizo arancini, shrimp skewers, tempura platter, and their signature Hawley fries served slim and super crispy.
