A Huntington, West Virginia man admitted he planned to make the tri-states opioid problem even worse by putting more dangerous drugs on the street.

James Lennon Pace pleaded guilty to possessing and intending to distribute at least 40 grams of fentanyl.

Pace was arrested back in March 2021 on unrelated charges. Following his arrest, his residence was searched by law enforcement who found his stash of drugs and guns.

    Seized items included:

    ● 40 grams or more of fentanyl

    ● Items used to prepare fentanyl for distribution

    ● 3 Firearms

5 to 40 years. Dang that’s a stretch. How can the years be so far apart for the same crime?
