(THE BRONX, N.Y.) A Bronx mother faces charges of hiding 1.5 pounds of cocaine in a diaper bag after she was pulled over by state troopers while traveling with her children in the car, according to the New York Post.

Shante Pleasant, 33, was pulled over in Coxsackie, New York during a traffic stop on Tuesday. State troopers cited her for driving without a license, police announced in a press release Thursday.

After police conducted a search of her 2008 Dodge Charger before it was towed, they located more than 25 ounces of cocaine in her 7-month-old daughter's diaper bag, according to the release.

Pleasant was traveling with her baby and 13-year-old daughter, police said.

The 33-year-old faces multiple charges including first-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, third-degree possession with intent to sell and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, officials said.

Pleasant is currently in custody at the Greene County Jail pending a court hearing.

The two daughters were given to relatives in Coxsackie, per the Post.
