I don't know about you but there is only one red line for me: a taco should be soft.
As long as the corn tortillas are soft, the type of taco doesn't matter to me.
When it comes to tacos, there are a plethora of combinations and twists inspired by ingredients from all over the world. Despite the large range of tacos available today, there are a number of traditional tacos that you should try. From pork tacos like carnitas and al pastor to fish tacos and even vegetarian tacos, these Mexican tacos are full of flavor and tradition.
Tacos are one of Mexico's most common street foods, despite the fact that their exact origin is unknown.
However, nowadays, wherever we turn our heads, there is a taco place. And, for a taco lover like me, it is very important to find a place that makes a great taco.
For all of these reasons, this wasn’t an easy list to make for me. However, here are the three best taco places in Anaheim, based on taco lovers' recommendations.

Passion for food, Chef Juan has had a passion for cooking at a very young age. When he was young, he decided to start his own catering business to show the world his cooking and from there is where all the magic happened. People started talking about how good his food is and always asked when he would start up his own food truck. That’s why in 2015 we decided to start our food truck after 6 years in the catering business. Chef Juan really wanted to do something to give back to the community. So with that, he was able to get approval to provide free food for the homeless every Thanksgiving at the Civic Center in the heart of downtown Santa Ana. Some of the best street tacos in the area. Even better than most of the sit-down restaurants nearby.
Their meats are good and flavorful, the salsas are legit, and the grilled onions and chiles are great.

The meat is moist and delicious.
Tortillas are always fresh because they are homemade.
Their salsa is better than most of the places. Great flavor without too much spice.

All their meats are great and the fish taco is fantastic as well.
Their menu is simple but it's perfect. Meat has good flavor and moist.
Order carnitas fries, you will not be disappointed.
VIP they make everything from scratch including the tortilla's. They don't skimp on portions. Pepe's all shredded beef taco is like a taco salad for one that's how big it is.
