If there's one thing that's changed in recent years, it's how many people communicate over screens. But as kids and parents know, screen time is no substitute for a parent's hugs, and yet hundreds of counties across the United States have stopped in-person visits at local jails. Johnson, who was formerly employed at one of the post offices she allegedly targeted, appeared today in Newark federal court before U.S. Magistrate Judge Cathy Waldor and was subsequently released on a $100,000 unsecured bond.
