Forget “No Air”—it looks like Chris Brown was all air during a recent stop for his 11:11 Tour. I’ll explain. In now-viral video footage, the beloved singer was recently caught dangling mid-air during his performance in Newark, New Jersey on Wednesday. An apparent technical malfunction that prohibited him from gliding over the crowd and instead literally left him hanging in place—the unfortunate circumstance happened while he sang his popular hit “Under the Influence.” As Brown kept singing (pretty flawlessly, despite the circumstance) and the dancers he brought along kept hitting the choreography, eventually three men and a giant ladder was brought onstage in order to unhook Brown from the harness and release him back on the ground which prompted applause from the crowd.

On Wednesday, Alexus Nelson, 28, was sentenced to 84 years in prison for the 2023 murder of her 5-year-old daughter, Maha Li Hobbs.
