This, That, and The Other
Hey Neighbors! Welcome to the joy of weather-dependent Christmas activities. Last Saturday, the Altamont parade and Christmas Tree Auction had to be rescheduled to Dec. 16. Palmer, on the other hand, powered through like a champ and held their Christmas parade as scheduled. It is always a tough call to cancel a parade. This weekend, we have three parades with an 88 percent chance of rain as of Tuesday morning. Monteagle’s parade is at 2 p.m., Beersheba is at 4 p.m., and Tracy City finishes the day at 6 p.m. I would stay tuned to each of their community Facebook pages for updates as the time gets closer. Stay tuned.
