Selena Gomez Laces Up Chunky Camper Boots While on Set for ‘Only Murders in the Building’

Selena Gomez was seeing red on Wednesday while filming “Only Murders in the Building” in New York City. The star wore a pair of chunky red boots in a set of paparazzi photos that have surfaced from set which was based on the Upper West Side of Manhattan.

People have been wearing boots of all sorts for the past few months. Beyonce has continually opted for Western-style boots in celebration of her recent album. Others like Sabrina Carpenter and Cynthia Erivo are opting for platform second-skin boot styles. Knee-high pointed-toe boots have also been in heavy rotation, with stars like Julia Fox and Dua Lipa being spotted in them.

Gomez stars in “Only Murders in the Building” alongside Steve Martin and Martin Short, who were spotted while filming Wednesday. The Hulu series is in its fourth season. The look Gomez was seen in happens to be one she also wore in the show’s premiere.

About the shoe

For taping, the actress was wearing a sturdy boot from the brand Camper . Named the Milah, the boot has a burgundy calfskin upper. In addition to being a lace-up, the style features a full side zip and a pull tab on the back collar to make it easier to slip on and off.

The shoe also has a chunky EVA sole with a heel for additional height. They are available for $220.
