ISABELLA Strahan has been spotted smiling while out in public following the teen's unexpected third brain surgery.
The 19-year-old seemed to be in good spirits in New York City with her father, Michael, and his girlfriend, Kayla Quick, in new photos captured by The U.S. Sun.
During her casual outing, Isabella rocked a $330 The North Face jacket over a gray hoodie and matching sweatpants.
Isabella topped off her look with a winter hat and smiled while wearing glasses.
The young model's famous father also seemed to be in a good mood as he wore a big smile while staying warm in a big blue bubble jacket and a blue sweatshirt.
The duo accompanied Michael's girlfriend, Kayla, as she walked two large dogs through the streets of New York City.
Isabella was all smiles despite her ongoing cancer fight.
On Friday, Isabella shared with viewers and her fans that she underwent a third craniotomy during her brain cancer battle.
She took to her YouTube to open up about her experience, which came just a month following her second brain surgery.
Isabella, who is fighting a malignant brain tumor, revealed she found herself in the hospital due to a fever, and “started hysterically crying” after needing an IV.
During the YouTube video, Isabella explained it was the first time she had an IV inserted while awake, leading to the emotional reaction.
Isabella, who also shared she had a needle inserted into three different spots in the back of her head to drain fluid, revealed she was getting “getting some blood” in order to undergo her third craniotomy.
“It’s not as bad as the first time, but I’m really in pain," Isabella said in the clip, and added while crying, "They do give me pain medicine[…], but they don’t work that well on me."
"Not gonna lie, I’ve been crying a lot," the college student shared.
She said she missed a Nicki Minaj concert in order to undergo the procedure.
However, Isabella was not alone in her ordeal, as she panned the camera to show her mother, Jean, her father, and her dad's girlfriend keeping her company in the hospital room.
"I was bawling my eyes out because it was so disappointing when you’re like, ‘Yes, I can finish by May,’ and then everything changes,” Isabella later said after revealing that due to the latest surgery, her chemotherapy was delayed a month.
Isabella has taken fans on her cancer journey ever since revealing the sad news on Good Morning America in January alongside her dad.
During her appearance, Isabella cried as she revealed she was battling medulloblastoma.
"I told myself I wasn't going to cry!" Isabella said at the time as her father handed her a tissue.
"It happens. You're allowed to cry," dad Michael responded, and GMA host Robin Roberts added, "Take your time."
INSPIRING ISABELLA
"It's been like, two months of keeping it quiet, which is definitely difficult," Isabella, who was diagnosed in October 2023 and had emergency surgery to remove the mass in her brain, said.
"I don't wanna hide it anymore 'cause it's hard to always keep in. I hope to just kind of be a voice, and be [someone] who people, maybe [those who] are going through chemotherapy or radiation can look at," she said.
Isabella said that her diagnosis came weeks after she began experiencing headaches during the start of her freshman year at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles.
The teenager had to learn how to walk again with the help of her twin sister, Sophia.
Isabella had a month of rehabilitation and numerous rounds of radiation treatment after surgery, and she has continued to document her journey on her YouTube series.
