We Bike WV collects used bikes from the community and repairs and refurbishes them in order to redistribute them to children in need.
Swim and Dive names Brent MacDonald Head Coach
WVU Men’s and Women’s Swimming and Diving has announced Brent MacDonald as the new head coach after 16 years at Xavier, per release. Man dead, another in custody after shooting in Redstone Township
REDSTONE TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A man is dead after being shot at a home in Fayette County Friday night. State police spokesperson Rocco Gagliardi said the shooting happened on Second Street in Redstone Township just after 11 p.m. Edmund Parson and James Tucker were sitting inside a living room when Parson pulled out a pistol and shot Tucker twice.
Update: Flash flood warning for Greene County until 1:45 a.m. Sunday
The National Weather Service issued an updated flash flood warning at 10:46 p.m. on Saturday in effect until Sunday at 1:45 a.m. for Greene County. "At 10:46 p.m., Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly," explains the weather service. "Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas."
