SOUTH BEND, Ind. - Fusion Fest is returning to South Bend for its second year presented by the City of South Bend and Venues, Parks, and Arts. The fest is on September 14, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. and September 15, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Howard Park.
