6 puppies rescued from side of the road in South Bend
SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WNDU) - Six puppies are being fostered by a South Bend Police Department Crime Lab technician after they were found abandoned on the side of the road. According to a Facebook post from SBPD, a concerned citizen dropped them off at the department after finding them in a tote along a South Bend road on Monday morning.
