Pewitt track runs at competitive, rainy Sid Garton Relays in New Boston

The Pewitt track teams spent last Thursday dodging raindrops and searching for medals at the Sid Garton Relays in New Boston. The rains canceled the field events.

Joining the Brahmas were the host Lions, DeKalb, Hooks and Pittsburg. Pittsburg’s teams swept the meet, winning all three divisions. The Brahma JV boys finished fourth, while both varsity teams finished fifth.

In the varsity boys division, Hooks and DeKalb finished second and third behind the Pirates. Picking up points for the Brahmas were:
