Sidney Man Sentenced to State Prison on Drug Charge
A Sidney man has been sentenced to prison after admitting to possessing and intending to sell meth in Sidney last fall. According to the Delaware County District Attorney, Justin T. Baker was sentenced to 2.5 years in prison and 1 year of post-release supervision. Baker admitted to possessing meth and intending to sell it in Sidney in September 2023. He was previously convicted of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 5th degree.

ONEONTA, N.Y. -- The Department of Public Works for the City of Oneonta has identified a water main break today that is affecting parts of the Hartwick College area.
