    Henry County grand jury returns indictments against 13 persons

    NAPOLEON — A Henry County grand jury has returned indictments against 13 persons, according to Prosecutor Gwen Howe-Gebers’ office.

    Indicted were:

    • Jared Bauman, 38, Napoleon, for burglary, a second-degree felony. He allegedly trespassed in an occupied structure on March 22 to commit a theft offense.

    • Thomas Skiver, 34, Archbold, for aggravated possession of drugs, a second-degree felony.

    • Davon Jackson, 27, Philadelphia, Penn., for robbery, a second-degree felony; strangulation, a third-degree felony; and domestic violence, a first-degree misdemeanor. The indictment alleges that on March 28 while committing a theft offense he inflicted harm, attempted to inflict harm or threatened harm while committing a theft offense. Too, he allegedly created a substantial risk of serious physical harm upon the victim by means of strangulation or suffocation.

    • Cameron Andonian, 25, Defiance, for endangering children, a third-degree felony.

    • Jesse Foster, 18, Liberty Center, for failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, a third-degree felony.

    • Frederick Pietsch, 45, Napoleon, for domestic violence, a third-degree felony.

    • James Thomas, 44, Bryan, for possession of a fentanyl-related compound, and aggravated possession of drugs, each a third-degree felony.

    • Kaden Bergstedt, 19, Napoleon, for trespass in a habitation when a person is present or likely to be present, a fourth-degree felony.

    • Shelia Dauwalter, 51, Deshler, for disrupting public services, a fourth-degree felony.

    • Dustin Tanner, 29, Wauseon, for two counts of OVI, each a fourth-degree felony.

    • Kayla Massey, 28, Napoleon, for aggravated menacing, a fifth-degree felony.

    • Ethan Dunakin, 31, Napoleon, for violating a protection order, a fifth-degree felony.

    • Tony Byrd Jr., 41, Deshler, for unauthorized use of a vehicle, a fifth-degree felony.
