Nampa mayor says Pride Festival ‘does not reflect’ her beliefs, but city must allow it

Interstate 84 on-ramp closing Wednesday through late July
CALDWELL, Idaho — The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) is closing the westbound Interstate 84 (I-84) on-ramp at Franklin Road in Caldwell starting Wednesday, May 29. The closure will last through late July. ITD stated that the closure is necessary to reconstruct the road and install a new traffic light.
