Peace River flood eases in Arcadia, but River Acres still cut off
ARCADIA, Fla. (WINK)—As the Peace River fell after reaching its crest, neighbors in River Acres started looking ahead to cleanup. Some people could drive through parts of the area, but floodwater still surrounded most of River Acres. People who spoke with WINK News said the flooding had been difficult for everyone involved.
