Teen dies after being hit by car near Haysville
WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) - A teenager has died after being hit by a car just southwest of Wichita. It happened just before 11 p.m. Tuesday near 55th and Hoover, which is northwest of Haysville. Scranton, Pa. — One man from Montgomery, Pa., and another from Kansas were charged on Wednesday with interstate transport of stolen goods. Missing in Kansas: Noah Compton
There's concern for a south-central Kansas teen who may be out of state. Noah Compton, 17, was last seen on Sunday night in Wichita, his sister said. Noah is likely with a teenage girl who has brown hair and brown eyes. It's believed they are heading down to Texas in a 2005 Silver Mercedes with a 60-day paper tag that reads D570851, his sister shared.
