Bicyclist dies after being struck by vehicle in west Wichita
WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) - A man in his 40s is dead following an accident in which he was struck by a vehicle. Sergeant Jerry Manuel with the Wichita Police Department said that the accident happened just after 6:30 p.m. near the corner of Dugan Street and Taft. When emergency personnel arrived on the scene, they found a man critically injured. He was transported to a nearby hospital where he was declared dead.
