WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) - The biggest party in Wichita kicked off Friday in downtown. The event started with the Admiral’s Breakfast and Opening Ceremony. Crowds are expected to come out for Friday evening for the Sundown Parade at 6:30 p.m., the opening night concert at 7:30 p.m. featuring Digital Underground, C&C Music Factory and Tag Team.
