KVSH Radio 43rd Legislative District Candidates Interview
KVSH Radio has made arrangements to carry a live interview with both 43rd legislative district candidates on April 10th. The interviews, or forum, will originate from the KVSH Studios at 10:15 Central Time. Tony Tangwall of Whitney and Tanya Storer from Whitman will both be in studios to answer questions about why they are running for the legislature. Listeners can call in questions which may be relayed to the candidates on air. That’s April 10th, at 10:15 on the KVSH Comment Program. On a related note, KVSH will work with the Cherry County GOP to present a live candidate forum on April 12th at 6pm at Mid Plains Community College. Valentine Community Schools Board of Education candidates and Cherry County Commissioners candidates have all been invited. Trent Loos will moderate the forum. KVSH is also working on a forum to discuss the pros and cons of the EPIC tax option for possibly mid summer. That will be on the ballot in the fall general election. 4H Club Thedford Achievers donated dog and cat baskets for pets going into foster homes
Friday, March 21, Paws-itive Partners members traveled to receive donations of pet items from 4H Club Thedford Achievers. The club, made up of kindergarten to eighth grade students, had assembled individual baskets for dogs and cats. The baskets were presented to Paws-itive Partners and are to be given to pets going into foster homes.
