Greenfield man sentenced on meth possession charge
A Greenfield man indicted in connection with a Highland County Task Force investigation was sentenced to community control recently on a meth possession charge. Michael Kingsolver, 23, was indicted by a Highland County grand jury in February on one count of aggravated possession of methamphetamine, a third-degree felony. He pleaded guilty to the charge May 1.

Long chase leads to charges against Jackson man
A Jackson man given community control for failure to comply was among four people recently sentenced in Highland County Common Pleas Court. Carl Ghiloni, 37, was sentenced to three years of community control on one count of failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer, a third-degree felony. Ghiloni was ordered to be evaluated for Substance Use Disorder, his mental health and then comply with any recommended treatment. The court ordered that Ghiloni’s driver’s license be suspended for three years starting May 1, 2024, and that if Ghiloni violates any of the community control sanctions, he would be given a sentence of nine to 36 months and ordered to pay a fine of $10,000.
