Emory protesters released from DeKalb County jail
ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - Supporters of Emory protesters were posted outside the DeKalb County jail, cheering on the ones arrested as they were released. Among them was David Meer. “We were shoved in a room with the other protesters. We were given the prison food,” said Meer.

State of the County Health Report released for Ashe County
ASHE COUNTY — AppHealthCare, in collaboration with various agencies and community partners, has released the State of the County Health (SOTCH) Report for Ashe County. This report provides an update on public health priorities, county demographics, leading causes of death and information on emerging issues. Pro-Palestinian protests continue into second day

Yesterday, protesters were met with a large response from the Emory Police Department, which was working with the Atlanta Police Department and Georgia State Patrol.
