    Morris County Baseball Tournament; Morristown Eliminated from Tournament After Being Shut Out By Parsippany

    PARSIPPANY, NJ -  The No. 17 seed Morristown baseball team fell to No. 16 seed Parsipany 2-0 in the first round of the Morris County Tournament.

    Dominic Correale was on the mound for the Colonials. He threw six innings allowing two runs on four hits while striking out six. Although Correale and Christian Smith recorded hits, the Colonials weren't able to cross the plate.

    Bryan Sunga was on the mound for Parsippany. He threw six innings of work allowing no runs on two hits while striking out six.  Sunga and Kevin Regan scored for Parsippany.

    Parsippany will go on to meet top seed Morris Knolls.
