WVU sitting in third place after Day 2 of NCAA Regional
MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — With Max Green leading the way, the WVU golf team is in third place in the 14-team NCAA Regional field after Day 2 in Rancho Santa Fe, California. West Virginia moved up three spots on Tuesday, and was the only team to shoot even- or under-par on the day. With an even-par team score Tuesday, the Mountaineers remain +5 (565) for the tournament, and are just two shots behind leader North Florida.
Mon Health, Rotary of Morgantown collect housewarming kits for community organization
MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (WDTV) - Mon Health Medical Center recently collaborated with the Rotary of Morgantown to collect housewarming kits for Christian Help in Morgantown. Over the course of six weeks, Mon Health staff, Rotary members and community members donated household supplies. These donations help multiple groups including those addressing disaster recovery, people transitioning from former incarceration, those addressing unsheltered or domestic violence situations, among others.
