CLEVELAND, Ohio — A Cleveland man is accused of selling fentanyl to two men who died from using the drug during a one-week span. Members of the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force apprehended Arshawn Thomas, who was wanted by Cleveland police on murder charges.
