    Mobile man arrested after making threats and exposing himself, police say

    MOBILE, Ala. ( WKRG ) — A Mobile man was arrested after he made threats toward police and exposed himself, according to the Mobile Police Department.

    Officials said 57-year-old Nicholas Smith was arrested early Friday morning on Kentucky Street.

    Police went to Smith’s home on Kentucky Street, where they reportedly found him. He allegedly threatened officers verbally and physically.

    Officials said while police were trying to detain him, Smith began flashing them and continued to make threats.

    He is charged with indecent exposure, making terrorist threats and resisting arrest.
