Sam Bush Added to Moab Folk Festival Line-Up

I've heard Sam Bush play a few times, and his tunes are worthy of your time, your space, and your ears.

Ears, I'm learning as I get older, are delicate things. Sam will treat them well.

So I reckon you ears will be happy to hear that your eyes are reading this: Bush and his band will be at the Moab Folk Festival, Nov. 1–3.

The addition was announced late last week.

When he was a teen, Bush was a three-time national champion in the junior division of the National Oldtime Fiddler’s Contest. He formed New Grass Revival in the early 1970s. The band released more than 20 albums.

He has been inducted into the International Bluegrass Hall of Fame twice—once as a member of New Grass Revival and once as a solo artist.
