MINOT, ND ( KXNET ) — The 2024 impound auction at the City Impound Lot is being hosted by the Minot Police Department, and run by Seifert Auction Service.
According to a news release, the auction will be taking place at 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 11, with the gates opening at 9 a.m. The impound lot is located at 1025 31st St. SE.
A diverse selection of vehicles, firearms, bicycles, and other things will be available to bid on. However, bidders must remember that buyers need to remove their purchased items no more than two hours after the auction, and all payments need to be either cash or check.
If you want to buy a firearm, you must have a valid state ID, as firearms will not be released to buyers on the auction day. Seifert Auction Services will complete the Federal Firearms Licensee background check, and will contact the buyer to arrange pick up when it has ended.
