A man accused of at least two shootings which did not result in injuries in Williamson this week has been arrested and jailed on multiple charges. According to the Mingo County Sheriff’s Office, at approximately 11:30 p.m. on April 17, James Victor Hash, 20, allegedly fired multiple shots through the glass rear entrance doors of Goodman Manor on Fourth Avenue before fleeing on foot.
