Man, woman to be released from jail after no probable cause found in 3-month-old’s death

MILTON, WV (WOWK) — Two people will be released from jail after no probable cause was found in the death of a three-month-old baby in Milton.

This happened in Cabell County Magistrate Court on Monday.

Cody Wilson, 24, and Trisha Grigson, 26, were both charged in connection to the death of the three-month-old, according to a criminal complaint. No probable cause was found so the two will be released from jail.

First responders were called to an apartment in Milton on May 23 regarding a juvenile in cardiac arrest, a criminal complaint said. The child was taken to the hospital where they passed away a day later.

why would they make these arrests before the autopsy report? there's got to be more to the story cuz I don't think they would typically do that.
