Rahway Man Sentenced to 33 Months in Prison for Role in Conspiracy to Target Asian Small Business Owners in Residential Burglaries
NEWARK, NJ — A Rahway man was sentenced on Monday to 33 months in prison for his role in a conspiracy that targeted residences belonging to Asian small business owners, U.S. Attorney Philip R. Sellinger announced. Kevin Jackson, 57, of Rahway, New Jersey, previously pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge Evelyn Padin to one count of conspiracy to commit interstate transportation of stolen property.
