For the first time in seven years, Warsaw was able to end a drought and become champions of the Goshen boys track and field sectional Thursday night. The Tigers won with 135 points, Concord came in second with 109.5, while Elkhart took third with 108 points. Wawasee finished the meet with 27 points, while Lakeland Christian had one.
Three Rivers UIL Team is 2A state runner-up
The Three Rivers UIL Calculator Applications team comprised of (l-r) Osiel Rodriguez, Mario Alvarez, Oscar Cruces, and Jonathan Cruces placed second as a team at the state UIL academic meet in Austin last week.
