Hibbing woman dies in SUV crash
JANETTE LAKE TOWNSHIP —A 30-year-old Hibbing woman died Thursday night when the vehicle she was driving ran off the road and struck the guard rail, a Minnesota State Patrol report says. Jenna Kay Marie Schweiss was northbound on Highway 73 at Gilboe Road in Janette Lake Township when the one-vehicle accident occurred at 7:10 p.m. Schweiss was wearing a seat belt and roads were also dry at the time. The St. Louis County Sheriff’s Office also assisted at the scene.
