Staks! Kitchen Temporarily Closes Collierville Location for Restructuring

A few days ago, local breakfast chain Staks! Kitchen announced the temporary closure of its 3660 S Houston Levee Rd location, citing “restructuring” as the cause.

“After much consideration we have decided to temporarily close our Collierville location… We are allowing some time for restructuring. Stay tuned for updates,” shared franchisee Nick Bolander in a Facebook post . Details regarding the restructuring process and the reopening date remain unclear.

This decision comes shortly after the chain revealed plans to expand to Arlington , with the new location set to open soon, in early May 2024.

Known for its wide array of classic breakfast fare, Staks! also serves lunch, dinner, and ‘brinner,’ with diverse options ranging from cheeseburgers and chicken tenders to vegan skillets and gluten-free parm truffle fries.

Stay tuned for further updates on the Collierville eatery, which officially closed its doors on Saturday, April 27. Meanwhile, Staks! fans are encouraged to visit the other three open locations in Germantown, East Memphis, and Southaven.
