MEMPHIS, Mo. — KTVO has learned about a successful robbery attempt in northeast Missouri over the weekend. Per KMEM News, Captain Bill Holland, with the Memphis Police Department, said that shortly after 4:30 a.m. Saturday, at least three suspects were caught on security camera footage breaking into the ATM of Exchange Bank of Northeast Missouri in Memphis.
