LaZette spent 10 years as a special education teacher, helping those with disabilities to learn job and life skills. When she moved to the Monroe area three years ago, she found that opportunities were scarce for her students. "So, I knew I wanted to do something, and I knew I wanted to do something that kind of stood out against the grain, and for some reason, pizza and beer just stuck in my head," she previously said. Part of the inspiration for the pizzeria were coffee shops
