    LYNN

    Arrests

    Jose Baez, 21, of Park Street, was arrested on the charge of possession with intent to distribute drugs at 6:36 a.m. Tuesday.

    Wilbert Cooper, 67, of Lawton Avenue, was arrested on warrant charges of receiving a stolen motor vehicle and possession of a Class B drug at 4:56 a.m. Tuesday.

    Mequidania Gonzalez, of Henry Avenue, was arrested on the warrant charge of larceny from a building at 11:10 a.m. Tuesday.

    Colin MacDonald, 33, of Trenton Street in Melrose, was arrested on the charges of a second offense of operating under the influence of alcohol, open container of alcohol, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle at 1:42 p.m. Tuesday.

    Todd Tarasuik, 50, of Jackson Street, was arrested on the warrant charges of speeding and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license at 12:25 p.m. Wednesday.

Wednesday on Essex Street and Fayette Street.

    A report of a hit and run motor vehicle accident at 5:15 p.m. Tuesday on Broad Street and Newhall Street.

    Assaults

    Arrest

    Luis Leone Ramirez, 30, of 39 Park Street, Salem, was arrested on the charges of unlicensed operation of, uninsured, and unregistered motor vehicle after a motor vehicle stop Tuesday at 1:14 a.m. in the vicinity of Spring and Elm Street.

    Larceny/Forgery/Fraud

    A report of larceny/forgery/fraud at 10:38 a.m. Tuesday on State Street. Services rendered.

    Motor Vehicles

    A report of a motor vehicle crash at 6:57 a.m. Tuesday in the vicinity of Cressy and Green Street. Party transported to hospital; at 4:09 p.m. Tuesday on Lafayette Street. Services rendered.

    A report of a motor vehicle stop at 8:43 p.m. Tuesday on Sevinor Road. Citation issued.

    SAUGUS

    Motor Vehicles

    State Police requested EMS for a motor vehicle accident on Tuesday at 7:30 a.m. at Prince Pizza at 517 Broadway. One individual was transported to Melrose Wakefield Hospital.

    Caller reported a car into a building at the Dunkin at 42 Hamilton St on Tuesday at 8:15 a.m. Building and Health inspectors were notified.

    Lynn Police reported an accident at 491 Walnut Street at 6:52 a.m.. on Tuesday. No injuries reported.

    Breaking and Entering

    Caller called to report at 9:23 a.m. on Tuesday of a prior break-in to one of their storage units at Comeau Storage at 20 Walden Pond Ave.

    Lost Property

    A man walked into the station at 10:47 a.m. to report that he lost his laptop along with other documents at Square One Mall at 1201 Broadway, after he drove away with the items on the roof of his car.

    Suspicious Activity

    Caller reported an unattended baby carriage on Randall Road at 7:09 a.m. on Tuesday. Dispatched officer determined this carriage was for a dog, and found it to be empty. It was subsequently to the side of the road.
