Woman accused of DWI and endangering a child
VICTORIA, Texas - Around 2 a.m. Wednesday Victoria Police tried to pull over a woman in a vehicle. Authorities said she didn't stop and ended up crashing near the 1600 block of N. Vine St. Police found a two-year-old child in the back seat. It's unclear if the child was hurt or if the child had their seat belt fastened.
Corpus Christi woman involved in accident on U.S. Highway 77
A Corpus Christi woman was involved in a one-vehicle accident in Refugio County on Monday morning when her 2017 Hyundai Elantra left the roadway. According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, Esperanza Rojas Ojeda, 57, was traveling southbound on U.S. Highway 77 near the San Patricio County line at approximately 8:14 a.m. when her vehicle left the lane of travel and struck a road sign between the northbound and southbound lanes.
