City of Brownwood Planning & Zoning Board to Meet
The City of Brownwood Planning & Zoning Commission will meet this Thursday, October 5, at 4:00 pm at Brownwood City Hall in the City Council meeting room. There is one item on the agenda which is to consider approval of the final plat of 2508 Stephen F. Austin, BCAD #29455, being a final plat of 8.28 acres, located on the north side of Stephen F. Austin Drive, between Crockett Drive and Burney Drive, to plat property and list for sale.

Several different dealerships in Brownwood worked with the radio station to provide the vehicles back in the ‘70’s or ‘80’s. They did their job. It was the drivers that had the problems.

ZEPHYR – The Zephyr Bulldogs cruised to a 60-0 victory over the Brookesmith Mustangs Friday night in a non-district battle of Brown County six-man schools. Zephyr (4-2) finished with 167 yards of total offense – 84 passing and 83 rushing – while limiting Brookesmith (3-2) to 124 yards – 105 on the ground and 19 through the air – with three turnovers.

Pep Rally Time Change for Friday at CHS - 2:00pm
Due to the travel time to Tolar, there will be a change to pep rally time on Friday: HS will still follow pep rally bell schedule, so lunch on Friday will be 11:50 – 12:32. The pep rally will be 2 pm – 2:40 in the varsity gym. The band and cheerleaders will be dismissed at 1:30 to prepare for pep rally. After the pep rally, the team will depart from the gym. Band and cheer will leave shortly thereafter. All other students will return to campus for their 8th period class. GO BLUECATS!!
